Pennystella Village Apartments is a facility in the heart of Agia Pellagia, providing a unique relaxing experience. They are ideal for a long vacation as they are only 100 m from the sandy beach and the village offers just about anything you will need, from groceries to nice restaurants and evening cocktails by the sea.
Our village facilities consist of 3 apartments a big garden with lawn, trees and flowers, parking and a terrace with sitting area.
Three Bedroom Apartment
Our three-bedroom apartment is approximately 100 m2, on the ground floor and is ideal for families or big companies. Entering the house, you find yourself in an open-plan living, dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, for those who prefer vacations during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay: oven, 4 ceramic glass hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and finally a small dining table. Exiting the kitchen, you can find a nice patio with a comfortable sitting area and an extra dining area surrounded by trees where you can enjoy your meals. Furthermore, the house has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, accommodating easily up to six people. All rooms are served by one big bathroom with a double handbasin, a bathtub and a washing machine.

Our two-bedroom apartments are set on the second floor of the building and they are almost identical (50 m2 each). The apartments consist of an open space living room with a dining table, a single bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you will need for a long stay. Also, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a shower WC and a spacious shared veranda with an extra dining table.
